Q. What is the BELGARD|rewards program?
A. The BELGARD|rewards program is a company-sponsored program that is being implemented across all contractors who purchase Belgard products. This program rewards you with points that you earn and accrue...similar to an airline's frequent flyer program. The points can be redeemed for a wide range of high quality travel and merchandise offerings - giving you the freedom and flexibility to choose the rewards you really want.
Q. How do I participate in the BELGARD|rewards program?
A.
The BELGARD|rewards program is open to any contractor who purchases Belgard products. Points will be awarded according to a Point Award Matrix based on purchases made from your BELGARD Dealer. Special promotions may be offered where you will be able to earn additional points. Please refer to the Program Rules for more details.
Belgard Rewards is only available in these States at this time: IL, WI, IN, MN, KS, MO, NE, ND, SD, IA, FL.
Q. How long will the BELGARD|rewards program run?
A. The BELGARD|rewards program launch date is April 1, 2007. This program will run for one year and shall be renewable at the company's option annually thereafter
Q. Will my points expire?
A. Your Points are valid for the life of the program and as long as you are an active member in the BELGARD|rewards program. If the program is discontinued, you will have 90 days to redeem your points for rewards.
Q. Are BELGARD|rewards only good for airline travel?
A. No. You can choose from a wide variety of travel options.airline tickets, resort and hotel accommodations, cruises, car rental, special leisure and sporting event packages. In addition, your BELGARD|rewards can be redeemed for a wide variety of high-end, branded merchandise...you decide what rewards you would like.
Q. How do I find out how many points I have earned?
A. You may check your Point balance, Redemption information, and view an electronic Rewards Catalog, online anytime at www.belgardrewards.com. You will also receive a written Reward Program Statement that shows your points earned on a monthly basis.
Q. How do I redeem my points for merchandise or travel?
A. You may conveniently go online to redeem your points at www.belgardrewards.com. Or simply call the BELGARD|rewards Redemption Center. For help with travel rewards, call 1-800-210-8539. For help with merchandise rewards, call 1-877-690-2080
Q. Can I combine cash with my points to redeem for higher-level rewards?
A. No. Your BELGARD|rewards program is based on a points value system, not a cash value system. Rewards can only be awarded and redeemed based on points.
